Capital and CFP Projects
The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) is now seeking bids for Capital and CFP Projects as outlined below. Please see all of the bid documents related to the current open projects throughout SEMMCHRA’s service area. Bids will be received in accordance with the scope of work that SEMMCHRA developed. Please check the related due date respective of each project. SEMMCHRA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. SEMMCHRA is an equal opportunity employer and provider.
