From Red Wing – Take US-61 South out of Red Wing for about 31 miles and turn left onto MN-60 East. Turn right onto McDougall Avenue. SEMMCHRA’s main office is the third building on your right.
From Winona – Take US-61 North out of Winona for about 32 miles and turn right onto MN-60 East. Turn right onto McDougall Avenue. SEMMCHRA’s main office is the third building on your right.
From Rochester – Head North on S Broadway toward East Center Street. Continue on County Highway 33 for about 3.5 miles. At the traffic circle, continue straight on US-63 for about 2 miles. Turn right onto County Road 21 NE for about 5 miles. Continue onto County Road 25 for about 3.5 miles. Turn right onto MN-42 North for about 18 miles. Turn left onto US-61 North for about 6 miles. Turn right onto MN-60 East and then turn right onto McDougall Avenue. SEMMCHRA’s main office is the third building on your right.
