SEMMCHRA’s 2026 allocation for The Start Up program loans to first-time homebuyers is $1,489,436. If you are a first-time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the last three (3) years, you may qualify.

Down payment and Closing Cost Loan options – with amounts up to $18,000!

Minimum credit score required and must meet income guidelines.

Goodhue, Wabasha, Winona Counties
1-2 persons: $116,900
3+ persons: $134,400

Dodge County
1-2 persons: $125,600
3+ persons: $144,400
