What should I do if my income is reduced due to a job loss or a reduction in hours?

If you lose your job or have your hours reduced make sure to let your property manager or landlord know as soon as possible.  If your rent is based on your income, inform SEMMCHRA about the decrease immediately by filling out the change of income form.  SEMMCHRA will do our best to process changes in a timely fashion.  For the change in income form, click here.
