Now Seeking General Contractors and Subcontractors For Small Cities Development Program (SCDP) Rehabilitation Projects
The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) is seeking General Contractors and Subcontractors to assist the rehabilitation of owner-occupied homes in the communities of Mazeppa, Kasson, Goodview, Lake City, Goodhue, Dennison, Wabasha, St. Charles, West Concord, Claremont, Pine Island, Cannon Falls, Rollingstone, and Altura.
The total funding for this program is based on the community’s individual award and number of rehab projects funded in that community.
Woman owned and/or minority owned contractors and low-income contractors are encouraged to apply. Must have proper license and insurance.
