The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County HRA will be accepting online applications for Bring It Home rental assistance. Bring It Home is a new program funded through Minnesota Housing to create rental assistance for low-income families in Minnesota. Using a Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County HRA Bring It Home Voucher, a tenant will pay roughly 30%-40% of their household’s adjusted gross monthly; the HRA pays the remaining portion of the rent directly to the landlord. The Southeastern Minnesota HRA Bring It Home Vouchers remain in Wabasha County, Dodge County, Goodhue County (excluding City of Red Wing), and Winona County (excluding the City of Winona) and are NOT portable to any other housing authority or jurisdiction.
