SEMMCHRA is offering a Homebuyer Club in Winona MN. The club is a great way to learn about the entire homebuying process in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Hear from industry professionals and get all your questions about homeownership answered.
The club will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Winona YMCA beginning July 13th and running through August 29th. Each 2 hour session will begin at 6:30 PM. You must attend all 12 sessions to earn a completion certificate.
Childcare will be provided on a first come, first served basis. To request childcare, please click HERE.
Registration for childcare will close on July 6, 2022. You must preregister for childcare to be guaranteed a place.
