Heritage Hill provides 16 market rate apartments for persons age 55 and better to rent in Wanamingo.  There are no income restrictions for renters.

The apartments have one and two bedroom floorplans.  Heritage Hill residents will have a complete appliance package, which includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, dryer and tenant-controlled heating and cooling.  Additional amenities include a storage room, step-in showers, paid heat, water, sewer and trash, noon meals served on sight, secured entrances, detached garages, patios and comfortable gathering areas.
