                 1 -2 persons          $70,200/year
                 3 + persons           $80,730/year

• The lots are available on a first come first served basis.
• The lot prices are firm and are sold as is.
• The estimated market value of completed home including the land must be a minimum of $117,000.
• Restrictive Covenants run with the lots.
• The monitoring of each lot will be in effect from lot purchase through the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
• Private developers are welcome to purchase lots but must sell to buyers who qualify as above.
