Renting Guidelines

Lease Term:
A one year lease is required, after which, the resident may live there on a month-to-month basis.

Rents:
The rent at Parkview Court is subsidized and will not exceed the Fair Market Rent for the area. Rent includes water and sewer; residents are responsible to pay their own heat, electricity, phone and cable.

Security Deposit:
A deposit in the amount of $500 is required prior to leasing.
