Greenview Estates is located on a beautifully landscaped site adjacent to the Lewiston Golf and Country Club. Greenview Estates is open to general occupancy but with preference to persons aged 55 and better. The development consists of 16 residential units.

You have a choice of five floor plans. Select one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den or two-bedroom. All are single-level, each with its own private entrance, patio and attached garage. A washer and dryer are part of each home. Small pets are welcome.

Services such as lawn care and snow removal are provided. Each of the homes at Greenview Estates features central air conditioning and includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, carpet and window coverings.

Greenview Estates also has a community center. It has a fireplace and a kitchenette for on-site preparation of snacks or light meals. An attached patio allows for relaxed outdoor visiting during the warmer seasons of the year. The community center also doubles as a guesthouse. It is for guests who may need a place to stay.
