Purchaser Qualifications:

You qualify if:

-you are a first time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the last three years;

-your gross household income does not exceed the following:

1-4 Persons	5 Persons	6 Persons	7 Persons	8 Persons
$56,200	$60,700	$65,200	$69,700	$74,200

-you occupy the home as your primary residence; and

- you have acceptable credit

*Loans are set up on a 30-year term with a fixed interest rate.  $3,000 available for down payment and closing cost assistance to those who qualify.
