SEMMCHRA holds informational meetings/briefings every month throughout Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston, Winona and Wabasha Counties.
Section 8 is designed to assist low-income families and individuals with rent payments.

It is required that individuals fill out a rental assistance application and attend a briefing before receiving rental assistance. The briefing explains the program guidelines and also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions.
